Great forum!  Glad to be here!

Quick question (of course!)  I'm trying to pay a tx using the online system, but they have no record of my tx.  The tx says it may take up to 10 days to get it in the system.  It's been 15 business days (not counting weekends) and still no record.  I have to pay within 20 days.  I'm wondering if they lost it, and I could just blow it off.  They ask you to push a menu button to talk to someone, but why notify them?  But will I get slammed doing this?
