Whats best way to remove film on inside of windshield?

Every winter, I have been having problem with fogging windshield. I am seeking for a good solution that can remove smoker's film on windshield.

I know, one way is to quit smoke. :-X

little confused as to what you mean, you are getting a film that encourages fogging? or an actual film that makes the window look dirty?

if its a physical film, they make a tool that is basically a horizontal exacto blade that can be used to scrape off stuff from inside windows (used it to remove leftover tint residue when i removed my tint)

gotta be careful with that though

Try equal amounts water, white vinegar & ammonia.

As cigarette smoke contains tar, if windex didn't work, I would try Goo-Gone (available at WalMart).  It is a mixture of citris oils and removes just about anything "sticky" without damaging the objects nearby.  It is an orange liquid in a clear bottle.  There are a lot of similar named products that can damage plastics.

For $3 it is worth a try.

A window cleaner called "STONER CLEAR GLASS"; I know!!! no I'm not.  I bought it on a whim just because I like the Name.  To my surprise the best class cleaner ever.  Auto Zone, Schucks, or Wal-Mart all cary it.  You will not be disappointed.
