    to embed vid. use the brackets you would normally use to open and close a command but use youtube as the word in the center. Then between the open and close words, use the complete URL. Example "[" youtube "]" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NMBCw6fJfEA "[" /youtube "]" remove the quotation marks and give it a try
