Doesn't njection have a database of 50,000?

I am sorry if there has been any confusion. We have over 55K speed traps across the world. That includes Police Hot Spot, Red light cameras, Radar Speed Detection, etc. in the US we have a little over 8000. As the site grows, updates will be made so that you will have more speed traps in the file. If you know of a speed trap that is not listed, add it to the site and it will be in the next update.

i just found out about this site via autoblog, so sorry if i missed something, but you say that you can have "police hot spots." but when i was adding a location for a speed trap there was no "hot spot" option. i do, however, think that it would be nice if you could have "police hotspots" that are known to have cops around.

anyways, i think that this has a LOT of potential and i would love to see it grow and become a valuable resource that people would have right next to their trusty Valentine One detectors.

A Speed trap would equal a police hot spot. Either radar, lidar, pace, etc. 

 Thanks.. We have gotten a lot of suggestions for the site. The next revision will BLOW THE LID off of anything thing else out there.

 well maybe its because i don't totally know how it is supposed to work, but i think it would be neat if you could make "zone" that is a cop hot spot. not necessarily a singular speed trap, but a be able 3 mile(for example. it could be any shape, size, etc.) radius or something where there tend to be police.

 maybe it is already like that with the current version, i dont actually have a garmin unit or the njection speed trap thing. but those are just my thoughts. 

 also, do you plan on expanding the range of units that the njection speedtrap can work with? i think it would be nice if you could get it to work with more than just garmin, and eventually even with OEM equipped nav units.

again, i think that this is a great concept. 

Based on the feedback we have recieved, this appoach works best.You are more than welcomed to add speed traps to the site or buy a unit and our subscription and see how the system works. Working with OEM providers in the future is an option.
