How do you predict the new GT-R will do?

Scheduled for 2008 Production, speculation is as follows:

Specs:

450 HP Twin Turbo VQ series V-6

7 speed paddle shifter gearbox

Rear biased four wheel drive

70-80k price range

From track testing (Nurburgring, Leguna, etc), the GT-R has been posting times on par with vehicles in its price range and above...

Your thoughts?

I doubt it will sell in a large volume (over a few thousand a year) but if they import a set number you could see a high demand in the US.

On a side note I read an article about Infiniti being angered that they won't have the GT-R under their name.
