Contrary to popular belief, you can in fact own a real full electric car. As proof, we found this thing parked on the street in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. Made by the Dynasty Electric Car Corporation , they call it the, err... It . Well, they call it the Utility , but who do they think they're kidding? We haven't seen this kind of eco-mullet awesomeness since we saw Daryl Hannah's Biodiesel El Camino .
