  • PCH, Truck Bed Edition: Honda 600amino or Dodge Vanpage? [Choose Your Eternity]

A French hydropneumatically-suspended diesel managed to win a photo finish against a V8-powered Malaise Lotus in our last Choose Your Eternity poll , which means we'll need to have another English Channel Hell Project Battle right soon. But today we need to go to the PCH Tipster Mailbag (which, sorry to say, I haven't been using as much as I should, due to the fact that I still haven't had a chance to crank up the PCH Tipster T-shirt assembly line) and check out a couple of real humdingers sent in by Bumblebee . These are machines any sane Jalopnik reader would dream of owning... yet actual ownership of either one would lead to plenty of wake-up-screaming nightmares! We saw a Honda 600 in this series not long ago , and three of them before that . However, we have no choice but to return to our favorite motorcycle-engined Japanese car, because this here's a 1970 Honda 600 with truck bed . That's right, a 600amino with the hard part already done! We don't know how...
  • Chrysler A-Body With Truck Bed Poll: Valiantpage or Demonpage? [Found On EBay]

We've seen all manner of Ford and GM cars with truck beds added, but it's not so easy to find Chrysler cars that have been so equipped. In fact, the last one we saw here was the Chargepage . But now our eagle-eyed readers have spotted not one but two truck-bed-havin' Chrysler A-bodies for sale on eBay, and we need to know which one you'd rather have! First up is this '71 Dodge Dart Demon , which the seller calls a Demonino. Sure, it has no tailgate, but it does keep the Dart taillights. The other choice is this genuine factory '69 Dodge Valiant Ute , direct from Australia. Make the jump to have your say! Thanks to Yuri and LTDScott for the tips. galleryPost('ABodyPage', 6, 'Demonpage Versus Valiantpage'); Gawker Media polls require Javascript; if you're viewing this in an RSS reader, click through to view in your Javascript-enabled web browser.
  • What Should We Call A Charger Pickup? [Novelties]

Tipster Phillip, who has already obtained a PCH Tipster T-shirt for letting us know about the Playboy Jimmy , just keeps the tips coming with these shots of an early Dodge Charger-with-truck-bed he got at the 2007 Houston Autorama. The question is, what do we call this car? Dodge made a front-driver cartruck called the Rampage , so perhaps "Chargepage" is the best choice. Or perhaps the Ford and GM names are more appropriate for a 60s rear-driver. What say you, readers? Make the jump for more photos and a poll!
