It's hard to tell from the angle...and the perspective, but we think this is a little hot-rod go-kart with a five-horse Briggs & Stratton behind the seat. Or it could be a kid's pedal toy. Either way, with its patriot paint it's ready for parade duty anywhere with white picket fences.
