The ongoing trial of Nick Bollea, son of the Hulkster, previous owner of a P***y Magnet 1998 Toyota Supra, street racer and driver during a wreck that left another individual critically injured, has taken another turn that could be dastardly for the son of the Hulkster. Bollea originally plead not guilty to felony charges of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury , but is expected to withdraw the plea and likely plea guilty or no contest to the charges and put his fate in the hands of the judge with a maximum sentence of five years in prison. The passenger at the time of the wreck, John Graziano, is still bed-ridden and is in the process of filing a lawsuit against the Bollea family . Comedian Jerry Seinfeld rolled his 1967 Fiat BTM this weekend after the brakes of the classic car failed on him. Apparently, after the brake failure, Seinfeld tried the emergency brake in East Hampton, NY, but it seems even that couldn't quite do the job, forcing Seinfeld to swerve in order to avoid flying into an intersection, thus rolling the car. We're told Seinfeld's OK. The '67 Fiat BTM however, was not. Seinfeld's not be charged in the incident which is being attributed to mechanical failure. ( Hat tip to Michael! ) [via CNN ]

The investigation can also look into family life, which incidentally -- appears to be going through some details which may or may not be caused by the incident in question. Hulk and Linda, we're looking at you . Basically, Bollea has potential to be in a hulk-load of trouble, but not too much of a hulk-load, because he...

Pop quiz, hotshot -- you see Keanu Reeves backing his Porsche out of a parking space south of Los Angeles and he hits you with his sports car... do you sue? If you're a member of the paparazzi, the answer is probably yes. Alison Silva is suing Reeves, claiming he suffered shock and serious injuries when the car "grazed" him. An attorney for Reeves claimed that Silva was blocking the Porsche's way and if he'd been hit it wasn't hard enough to injure Bea Arthur. That being said, Reeves and Jennifer Connelly are slated to do a remake of The Day The Earth Stood Still , so he gets a pass. [ AP ]
