With nary a word spoken, and just a quick-cut video of popping champagne bottles and various sheetmetal angles, Lambo took the velvet sheet off black and white versions of its new, faster, lighter Gallardo -- the LP560-4. As we already know, it's got a 5.2-liter V10 560 ps (552 hp). We've yet to corner the Lambo people to get the dirt on what makes this engine similar to the Audi RS6's V10, so suffice to say the LP560-4 is lighter than the base Gallardo by around 44lbs and comes in at least two "colors." Five out of five statuesque Italian models agree. galleryPost('lambo560geneva', 6, 'Lamborghini Gallardo 560LP-4 in Geneva'); MORE ON THIS STORY: Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Official Shots Leaked! The Audi V12 TDI Le Mans looks a bit different under the Geneva spotlights than in the press shots , but the nonetheless bad child of the Audi stand still looks ravishing in crimson. The 12-cylinder TDI, producing 500 hp and and 737.56 lb-ft of torque is also a sexy beast of tubage and whirly parts. Its 0-to-62 time of just 4.2 seconds is a fine number. Though we're wondering how the boffins can keep the tires from powdering with peak torque at 1,750 RPM. Questions, questions. galleryPost('v12lemansgeneva', 6, 'Audi V12 TDI Le Mans at the Geneva Motor Show');

According to the spying snoops of Brenda Priddy & Company this is the Lamborghini Gallardo LP550 we'll be seeing first hand at the Geneva Motor Show next month. The car, which we're told is painted orange (though seriously, like we can even tell, right?), is said to be powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine rated at 550 bulls horses . The Gallardo LP550 will get a newly designed front and rear fascia, and supposedly is riding on a stiffer body. Along with the mechanical and body panel updates, it'll also supposedly get an improved (and lighter) AWD system and upgraded brakes -- and of course, a higher price tag. We're told we should be estimating somewhere in the $200K range -- although it could be $250K depending on how low that dollar continues to fall. Full spy report below the jump. galleryPost('LamboGallardoLP550', 1, 'Lamborghini Gallardo LP550'); Geneva Scoop: Lamborghini LP550 Our spies were in Portugal and hot on the trail of Lamborghini this week...
