Detroit Auto Show: Not Feeling the Ford F150. It might be Sunday morning, but the robble robble crowd are on their feet and, well, robbling. This time they're upset about the new 3-bar grilled 2009 Ford F-150 . And this time we agree with them. Though, we're not entirely sure what SexCpotatoes is talking about.

The 2009 Ford F-150 has arrived and, for potential buyers, there are two major stories here other than the new frame and exterior: more standard/available features and more model variations. Now standard is the AdvanceTrack with Roll Stability Control (RSC), Trailer Sway Control, the new Tailgate w/ box side steps and the new "Easy Fuel" capless fuel-filler system that uses a a sensor to automatically seal shut when the nozzle is removed. Available on all F-150's is the SYNC system (with all goodies), new 700-watt Sony sound system, integrated trailer brake controller (segment first on light-duty pickups) and rearview camera assist. There are going to be a total of 35variations of the new F-150 (XL, STX, FX4, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch), including the new Platinum series, which adds extra detailing and chrome on the outside and features such as ash wood accents, 10-way adjustable leather captain's chairs and standard 20-inch polished aluminum wheels. galleryPost('FordF150platinum09'...

The Ford F-150's the vehicle that sold more than any other this past year. Yup, more than the Camry, more than the Accord and more than it's pickup truck rivals. Although we already knew we'd be seeing the newly-redesigned 2009 Ford F-150 this week at the Detroit Auto Show, and we already have seen some pretty clear spy photos of the new 09 F-150 a couple of weeks back -- it's good to see the grille getting a bit more defined for us -- even if it is all taped up. More shots coming in a moment. Full spy report from KGP below the jump. With Ford's revamped F-150 reportedly set to take its official bow in about a week, at the Detroit Auto Show, some of the camouflage has begun to disappear from the prototypes testing around Dearborn. The winds from some extreme Michigan weather blew the cover off one F- series prototype, revealing the new grille design for the first time with some clarity. Even our photo of a completely undisguised F-150-- caught during a photo shoot in...

Somehow we came across this logo for the new 2009 Ford F-150 pickup we're expecting to be revealed at the Detroit Auto Show in just two weeks. We're not even really sure where it came from or how we came across the site we found it at. But one thing's for sure -- it's most assuredly the new logo for the new boldly moving pickup truck from the Dearborn, MI -based automaker. Yes, it's the tape-covered logo we've seen in the the F-150 spy photos . And yes, it IS a slow news day. Why do you ask?
