After the flop of Top Gear US and AU, BBC has decided to bring James May, Richard Hammond and Jeremy Clarkson to Hulu for international exposure. The Stig was not available for comment. Tired of having their videos hijacked online on Bittorrent networks and fileservers, the BBC wanted to bring the best quality videos to their loyal fans.
“This is quite a new step for us.” says Jeremy, “We know that people love our show and what we do but the Internet and Hulu bumps it up to a whole new level. We have to step our creativity up.”
From power sliding F-1 cars in the snow to playing soccer with VW Minis, Top Gear will be the most sought after video to watch on Hulu. The announcement of the start of Season 13 has not been announced but that should be around the corner.
