Nascar.com is reporting that car No. 41 has been registered to Jeremy Mayfield for 2009 and his Mayfield Racing Enterprises, but the points did not go with the number, according to a Mayfield spokesperson.

NASCAR does not anticipate suspending any drivers who took their preseason drug tests last week in North Carolina, sanctioning body spokesman Ramsey Poston said today.
