  • Bugatti Veyron Fbg par Hermes

We know what you're thinking, because we're in the same lamentable position ourselves: you'd totally order up that uber-exclusive Hermes edition Veyron , but you're not a big fan of the brown and tan paint scheme. Fortunately Bugatti has heard your cries, brother, and announced the availability of new color options for the Veyron Fbg. The announcement actually came from Monterey but was quickly overshadowed, somewhat ironically, by the unveiling of the open-top Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport and the subsequent auction of its first example for $3.2 million . The unveiling of the new-tint Hermes Veyrons took place at the Quail motorsport gathering on Monterey Peninsula, where Bugatti revealed the four new color schemes available: "indigo blue and vermilion", "indigo blue and lime green", " black and garance red" and "Prussian blue and blue jean". We're not entirely sure what all these colors are, exactly, and given that Bugatti put them...
  • 2009 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport Production Version

(from Bugatti Press Release) Bugatti expands product range Molsheim/Pebble Beach, August 16, 2008 – The world’s most significant celebration of the automobile takes place annually in Monterey, California. This year, it will see some of the most elegant, exclusive, and valuable vehicles ever produced in over 100 years of motoring, with Bugatti set to play a prominent role. On the evening prior to the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, the highlight of the event, the marque renowned for impeccable automotive solutions, aesthetics and driving dynamics will unveil a second model to the world – the new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport with a unique removable roof. The main challenge in developing the new Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport with removable roof resulted from the unique structure of the fixed-roof Bugatti Veyron. An optimum combination of rigidity and lightweight engineering ensures the monocoque passenger cell of the original model is extremely strong while weighing an absolute minimum...
  • Bugatti Veyron for £17,500 a day

Want to impress former friends at a school reunion? Why not hire a Bugatti Veyron – for £17,500 a day. For the price of a brand new 2-litre diesel Ford Mondeo, a St. Albans-based company will lease the 253mph Bugatti Veyron for 24 hours. And there’s no limit on how long you can hire the 1,001bhp Bugatti Veyron . As a result it will cost £122,000 per week, £580,000 per month or £6.3 million for the year – enough to fund seven-and-a-half £830,000 Veyrons. Which means the one of the Premiership’s highest paid footballers John Terry – who earns a reported £130,000 a week – could just about afford to hire the hypercar. But the leasing firm wouldn’t let the 27-year-old Chelsea captain hire the Veyron – as he’s not old enough. To hire the Bugatti Veyron (similar to the one pictured), drivers must be aged between 30 and 65, be no taller than 6ft 3in or heavier than 18 stone, have no more than six points or made an insurance claim in the past three years. As part of the deal, anyone who hires the...

  • Bugatti Veyron Targa

When you build the world’s ultimate car, where do you go from there? Topless of course. Bugatti has today confirmed the company is working on a so-called “targa” version of its Veyron supercar, which should be available next year. The new Veyron will be available with a removable hardtop “because there was no other solution which could fit with its safety cage,” a former Bugatti executive told AutoNews. The roof won’t be automatic either, it will either on or off as there is no storage space left in the car. Little else is known about the Veyron convertible, logic would dictate that it will be priced above the standard model but may possibly be slightly slower to 100km, it will also not reach its top speed of 407km/h with the roof off. Although Bugatti had originally promised to build only 300 Veyrons, it’s unknown if these Targa versions will count towards the total figure. CarAdvice is also aware of other variants currently in the works. © Source: caradvice We need your comments below...
  • Bugatti Veyron Review

After twenty-three gruelling hours in a seriously packed economy class cabin, we arrived in Frankfurt via Abu Dhabi, ready for what we thought was a well earned luxury business class flight to Strasbourg in France. Turns out, our double degree IT guru and fellow motoring journalist Alborz, (who said his friend at flight centre had it sorted), had completely misread the ticket. Bus – actually meant BUS – the road going version. All sorted? By some stroke of luck though, the bus company had grossly overbooked both Strasbourg bound buses, and Bruno, the guy at the Lufthansa desk, worked some magic and presto, we had a Ford Mondeo TDCi for twenty-four hours, at no cost. Gold, we thought. The diesel powered Mondeo is no slouch, within moments we are sitting on a comfortable 200km/h as we head towards Molsheim, the home of Bugatti . It couldn’t have been more than twenty minutes into the trip and bugger, something felt badly out of whack with the front end. What we found, was a dirty great big...
  • 2008 Bugatti Type 12-2 Streamliner Concept Design by Racer X Design

(from Racer X Design) Type 12-2 ‘Streamliner’ A few months ago Racer X Design released the sketches of the KC-427, which is currently being built and expected to be shown as a fully built car by the end of the year. The streamliner is not intended for production, and is just one of the many designs that Racer X Design have come up with. Designed as an example of a luxurious four seater GT , the type 12-2 is the artwork of Reuben Zammit . The aim was to get the type 12-2 immediately recognizable, yet make a signature of it’s own for a specific marquee. A classic front engine rear wheel drive layout. The shape allows for a boot bigger than its rivals, yet keeping the lines flowing. The doors take a large part of the side and the roof for easier access. The idea is to use a VW derived W12 engine with a twin turbo layout hence the name 12-2. Although not as extravagant as the W16 used in the Veyron, there would be enough power to propel the Type 12-2 to over 200 mph. Racer X Design is a company...
  • Bugatti Pur Sang for sale

Ah, the Bugatti Veyron . It's astonishingly powerful, sexy as hell, and only 300 will ever be made. Among the 300 Veyrons, the five rarest and most coveted models carry the Pur Sang moniker. It's stunning paint-free aluminum and carbon fiber body are bold enough to make even the wealthiest Dubai oil baron blush. There were likely many filthy rich people who missed out on the chance to bag a Pur Sang, as all five models were snapped up inside 24 hours. If you lost out the first time and had to settle for a Reventon or four Ferraris, we have good news. One Pur Sang is back on the market, but it's going to cost one of the world's wealthy almost twice as much as it did less than six months ago. Italian dealer Rag Gianfranco Favero is selling its precious Pur Sang on the finecars website for the low price of only 3.2M Euro. The 1001-hp, 253-mph supercar has only 48 miles on the odometer, which, quite frankly, makes us scratch our heads. It's unimaginable that anyone could...
  • Red Bugatti Veyron is decked up for the love season

Your thought as a Bugatti in Ferrari’s skin is justified! Although it is officially considered as the Italian red color, I’m sure none of us can stop from comparing it with the trade mark Ferrari red. But that doesn’t dampen its status as the car looks outstanding in all red with a black leather interior. The idea was to design a car that would uncompromisingly unite the passion of the designer, the skill of the engineer, absolute luxury and racing technology.Sillicon Valey Auto Group is having this beautiful Veyron for sale with full warranty. © Source: luxurylaunches We need your comments below >>
