  • Ferrari F430 Scuderia On Sale in ‘08

Ferrari 's newest berlinetta, the 430 Scuderia , made its North American debut at last week's auto show inLos Angeles. The Scuderia is the ultimate performance version of the F430 , which already has a respectable 490 hp. The Scuderia offers more performance with its 4.3-liter V-8 engine, tuned in this iteration to produce 20 additional horsepower. With a noticeably low power-to-weight ratio, the F430 Scuderia sprints from 0-60 mph in just 3.5 seconds, Ferrari says. According the Maurizio Parlato, President and CEO of Ferrari North America, the new Scuderia has a racing soul that symbolizes the excitement and passion that tifosi expect. We'll hold our breath until they let us drive one - which won't be anytime soon, since only 250 copies of the 430 Scuderia will be available in 2008. © Source: thecarconnection We need your comments below >>
