Peugeot will reveal its range topping 308 XTS at the
Australian International Motor Show on Thursday. The 1.6 litre turbo charged (128kW) powered XTS is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox and offers peak torque from just 1,600rpm.
To distinguish the XTS from other 308 models it will feature a revised and lower front bumper panel, rear spoiler, 18″ alloy wheels, directional xenon headlamps, front fog lamps and a chrome exhaust tip.
Inside premium sports seats with leather bolsters, standard panoramic glass sunroof, aluminium gear knob and foot pedals, leather trimmed steering wheel, dual zone climate control, bluetooth, tyre pressure warning indicator and full function trip computer round out the deal.
Boasting a five-star NCAP rating, seven airbags, ESP and ABS (with EBD) the XTS will go on sale from
$38,990 (RRP).
