Filed under: Aftermarket , Sports/GTs , Supercars , Aston Martin Click above for a high-res gallery of Project Kahn's interior for the Aston Martin Vanquish S If you haven't been living in a cave, shut off from the fantastic world of European supercars for the past decade, then you'll likely know that Aston Martin has been hard at work on a succession of new flagships since the vaunted Vanquish. But Aston Martin is an automaker deeply rooted in its heritage, so even after discontinuing the Vanquish, it came back to give it some upgrades . Now, noted British tuning house Project Kahn has followed suite by revisiting the Vanquish S with a new interior package. Kahn's vision for the Vanquish's interior includes a custom dashboard, center console, seats, door panels, steering wheel and roof lining decked out in the customer's choice of contrasting Nappa and Alcantara leather trim, deliciously perforated and top-stitched. Piano lacquer trim panels and smoked privacy glass...

Filed under: Aftermarket , Tuners , Coupes , Sports/GTs , Aston Martin Click above for a high-res gallery of the Premier4509's V8 Vantage. Veilside's luxury and exotics arm has already released body kits for the Lamborghini Murcielago and Bentley Continental GT , and now Premier4509 has turned its attention to the Aston Martin V8 Vantage. Any attempt to improve upon the stunning sheet metal of the Vantage is a risky affair, but Premier4509 seems to have balanced a bit of bling with some measure of restraint. The kit includes a new front bumper, side skirts, rear bumper and spoiler that ties in nicely with the shapely lines of the coupe, and the forged, three-piece wheels compliment the aggressive body kit, but will surely compromise the Vantage's already stiff ride. All the pieces are made up of fiber reinforced plastic and optional carbon fiber accessories will be made available, along with new exhaust tips. Sale will begin in the first quarter of next year and will be limited...

Filed under: Aftermarket , Tuners , Sports/GTs , Aston Martin , UK Make no mistake about it, the V8 Vantage is an unspeakably beautiful car. Sure, it looks like every other contemporary Aston Martin, but it's arguably the best application of the theme. Unfortunately its performance falls a little short of some of its competitors. So while we wait for news from Aston Martin on its tantalizing V12 Vantage RS concept hitting production, Paramount Performance has come out with a series of modest upgrades to the smallest of Astons to give it a performance edge. Paramount offers a remapped ECU along with new catalytic converters, exhaust and suspension kit. Paramount claims the reprogrammed chip is good for an extra 35hp, the exhaust an extra 20 (while shaving 15kg off the curb weight) and the cats another 20 horses. The full package is available in the UK for a pre-tax price of £4840, or buyers can purchase each component separately. There's also a rather useless-looking carbon...

Filed under: Aftermarket , Tuners , Convertibles , Sports/GTs , Aston Martin Click on above to view our 29-image high-resolution gallery When Mansory hit us with its modified Aston Martin V8 Vantage , we bemoaned the lack of any serious performance upgrades. Unfortunately, although it's more visually pleasing than its stab at the Vanquish , Mansory's take on the DB9 adopts the same meatless approach. The only real performance upgrade is in the rolling stock: 20-inch forged alloys hide 405mm discs clamped by six-piston calipers up front and four-piston calipers around back, hooked up to a lowered suspension. Wheels, brakes and suspension ain't nothin', but otherwise it's all poseur. There's a new front end with integrated lighting, side skirts and a carbon fiber rear diffuser with chrome exhaust tips. Inside Mansory has decked the interior out in maple, carbon fiber, Alcantara and available aluminum pedals. The package is available for both the DB9 coupe as well as...

Filed under: Aftermarket , Sports/GTs , Aston Martin Click on the images to view in high resolution In our day-to-day, we come across a fair number of replicars. Some are especially convincing, while others are just plain bonkers. Far more so than the Miata-based AMX07 we brought you back in 2006 , this Aston Martin V12 Vanquish replica could have had us fooled. Made by Ontario, Canada-based Exclusive Motor Cars, this Aston replica is based on a previous-gen Ford Mustang. Ten companies are then involved in the transformation -- stretching the wheelbase, widening the track and lowering the ride height with suspension mods; crafting, painting and fitting the 34 composite body panels; custom upholstering the interior and fitting interior trim pieces; and mounting all the extra details from the headlights to the badges. The end result, at least as far as we can tell from the pictures (you can judge for yourself in the gallery below), would appear to fool anyone but the most trained eye. Exclusive...
